Terms of Service

These terms apply to ritzywriter.com and the dashboard at dashboard.ritzywriter.com (together, "Ritzy Writer"). Ritzy Writer is operated by Ritzy Black LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Ritzy Writer, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The service

Ritzy Writer writes blog posts and Amazon affiliate reviews with AI and publishes them to the WordPress sites you connect, right away or on a schedule you set.

Your account

Give accurate account details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Your OpenAI key and connected sites

• On Starter and Pro, posts are generated with the OpenAI API key you add. OpenAI bills you directly for that usage, and OpenAI's terms apply to it. On Free, posts are generated with an OpenAI key Ritzy Writer provides (10 text-only posts a month).
• You must be allowed to publish to every WordPress site you connect. We publish there using the username and application password you provide.
• If you run affiliate campaigns, you are responsible for following the Amazon Associates rules, including affiliate disclosure on your site.

Your content

We do not claim ownership of the posts generated for you. AI-written text can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for what is published on your sites, including checking facts, prices and product details. Editing or deleting a campaign does not change posts that are already published.

Acceptable use

Do not use Ritzy Writer to publish unlawful, deceptive or infringing content, to send spam, or to publish to sites you do not control. Do not try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service.

Plans and billing

• Plans, prices and monthly limits are listed on the Pricing page. The Free plan costs nothing.
• Paid plans and add-ons are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can change plans or move to Free from Subscription in the dashboard. Moving to Free stops your paid subscription from renewing at the end of the current billing period.
• Deleting your account cancels all subscriptions immediately, without a prorated credit.
• Payments are non-refundable once the service has started. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current paid billing period. The subscription then ends and you are not charged again.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Ritzy Writer and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers

Ritzy Writer is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated content will rank, earn money or be accurate. OpenAI, WordPress, Stripe and Amazon are separate services we do not control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost traffic. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute about them or about Ritzy Writer, are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update them on this page and change the effective date above. Continuing to use Ritzy Writer after a change means you accept the new terms.
